Attended a meeting at church today.  I was about 12 minutes late, as usual.  I can’t seem to be on time anywhere anytime lately.  I’m just tired and I wait too long before I start getting ready and I try to do too much before I go.  Then I move slower so it all works against me.  No excuse.  I need to adjust and get on with life.  There are people more immobile than me and they make it.  URGGGG!

I did well regarding my juicing.  I juiced green stuff this morning.  I had coffee and used just a wee bit of Stevia.  I was doing so good.  Then a little food-demon kicked in.  Last night I’d made Chicken A La King.  It contained 1/2 stick butter, 1 cup milk, 1 cup broth, a bit of sea salt, 1/3 cup flour, 4 oz. mushrooms, 2 chicken breasts.  I toasted 2 pieces of toast last night and had some.  I did the same for lunch.  PIGO!  I was so tired since I stayed up too late last night so I was fighting the urge to nap.  At 5:30pm I put on my PJ’s and got into bed!  I half-heartedly napped and then got up around 7PM and did a very bad thing.  I made a bit of pie crust dough and ate it dunked in mixture of sugar and cinamon!  What’s up with this? What happened to my health conscious self? I’m disgusted with myself.

I’m now on my second cup of tea with Stevia, so at least no sugar in it.  I had green tea and now I’m having a combination green/white tea.  TOMORROW I will do better.  I need to go to the store and get some organic veggies.  I need to choose a good healthy recipe from my new raw foods book and get the ingredients and try something durable and healthy.  I need to drink more water.

Starting a few days ago my right shoulder on top is really really hurting.  Did I mention that in yesterday’s blog?  Dunno.  I have a little boney bump on top that I think is just from the years of carrying a heavy bag of books to work when I was going to school.  I’d do my homework during lunch.  I’ve probably done something to my shoulder but this pain is something else.  I took some extra pain medicine [Oxycodone].  The pain is still there but I’m tolerating it a bit better.  Perhaps Dr. D. will be able to provide some insight to these strange sensations.

  1. you should probably get an xray of the bump, I am assuming you have myeloma? I have missed previous blogs.

Do you really think sugar has anything do to with keeping MM at bay? Just wondering my father has MM for three years now. Always looking for something to help. I try and get him to use Green Tea

  2. Where do you get stevia? I like to use it, but find it SO expensive.
